1959 Cadillac S&S Hearse / Ambulance combo. Rough shape! Car originally from Virginia based funeral home used mostly as an ambulance before sitting in a junk yard for many years. This is a 1976 Cadillac Miller meteor hearse, it has 500 cu in engine which is in itself almost worth the buy it now price to someone suping up there bronco or something :).
I bought this hearse in February 2003 and paid $2000, then I paid $3500 dollars to have it painted at Affordable Paint and Body Works in St. Mary's, GA. They kept it for four months,...should have been perfect right? As you can tell by the most recent pictures it wasn't,...IT SUCKED! Maaco would have done a better job, ...even I (w/ no experience) could have done ...
This is a Rare Coffin Shaped Celery or Serving Dish. The heavy dish measures 14” long x 5 ¾” wide at its widest point. There is a makers name on the back that says “Denby Stone Ware – Made in England”. This unusual dish has a white glaze, with a green trim line around the border...
